How to Heal
Greetings!
What makes humans so uniquely different? Why do people struggle with their uniqueness?
Even more specific, why are humans so prone to conflict? Beyond external and environmental factors, what deeper energetic and psychological forces drive us toward clashing behaviors? Recent statistics reveal alarming levels of inner conflict and interpersonal discord. What underlies these polarizing experiences?
Is it possible to align ourselves with regenerative sources and ways of relating that transform our interactions into experiences that generate surplus energy and nourishment for all involved?
We’ve published two insightful conversations on Portals that shed new light on navigating our inner world during these turbulent times:
“What is Healing? #4 The Wholeness of Parts“, features Alexander Love, a healer and coach bringing a holistic approach inspired by Eastern wisdom. Alexander views each person as an internal ecology composed of multiple parts. By forming loving and trusting relationships with our inner protectors — recognizing their deeper nature, potential, and purpose — we embark on a profound healing journey toward wholeness.
“The Universalis Project #16 - Is a New Human Model Emerging“, with Aviv Shahar, Karen Heney, and Kyriaki Nikandrou, explores emerging human capacities and pathways of energetic conductivity as we enter the early days of the rise of a new, upgraded human model we call Homo Universalis.
Aviv offers a critical insight: "When our lives are consumed by lower energetic properties or degenerative astral forces, human interactions become conflict-based — driven by competition to steal attention and energy. Conversely, engaging higher energetic dimensions generates surplus energy, enriching our interactions."
Alexander Love further builds on this idea in “What is Healing? #4”, by saying: “A very common Western assumption is that we are each an individual entity, and when we are speaking a sentence, there is only one of us speaking. And yet we find ourselves disenchanted, in inner conflict, and in conflict with other people. We get triggered and we don’t know why. All these things can be deeply understood through a look at parts work.”
These conversations explore biases that restrict our inner potential and limit our access to our innate brilliance. Still, even amid struggle and chaos, beauty emerges in unexpected places. We have the power to creatively participate in the evolution unfolding around us.
Help us grow the conversation, as we track “Where does the Future come from?”, by sharing this post with your friends and network.
